All custom consoles, modifications, and made-to-order products are built after your order is placed. Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the product and current order volume.
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and your location.
Packaging
Every order is securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Consoles are fully tested before shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KTRGameWorks is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

At KTRGameWorks, every custom console is carefully built, cleaned, and tested before it ships.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because our consoles and hardware modifications are custom-built to your specifications, custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds due to buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns
Returned items must:

Refunds
